Every shirt and hat from Villar Exchange is printed or embroidered after you order it, just for you. That changes how returns work compared with a store that keeps stock on a shelf, so here is exactly what we do.
The short version
- Damaged, misprinted or wrong item: we replace it free, or refund you. Just send a photo within 30 days of delivery.
- Lost in the mail: if tracking never shows delivery, tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we send a new one free.
- Wrong size or changed your mind: because each item is made to order, we cannot take it back for a refund. Please check the size chart on every product page before you order. We are happy to help you pick a size before you buy.
- Free shipping on every order, made in 2 to 5 business days and delivered in about a week within the US.
How to make a claim
- Email villarexchange@yahoo.com or use the contact form within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem (the print, the damage, or the wrong item next to the packing slip).
- We reply within one business day. Most claims are approved from the photo and a replacement goes into production right away. You usually do not need to ship anything back.
- If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, say so. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Sizing
Our tees are Bella + Canvas unisex sizing, which runs true to size with a relaxed fit. Every product page has a size chart with chest and length measurements. If you are between sizes or buying for someone else, message us before ordering and we will help.
Packages returned to us
If a package comes back because the address was wrong or it went unclaimed, we will contact you to confirm the address and reship it. A reshipping fee may apply in that case, since the original delivery was free.
Church and custom orders
Custom logo orders are approved by you from a mockup before we print. Once approved and in production they cannot be cancelled or returned, but the same guarantee applies: anything damaged, misprinted or different from the approved mockup is replaced free.
Bitcoin payments
Refunds on orders paid in Bitcoin are sent in Bitcoin to a wallet address you provide, for the US dollar amount of the order at the time of the refund.
