Villar Exchange is an independent jewelry and accessories shop run out of Melrose Park, Illinois. There is no buying team and no warehouse. Each piece is chosen one at a time, listed with the materials and measurements the maker actually states, and priced once.
Every listing starts with demand, not a catalog. I look at what is actually selling in jewelry, watches, bags and accessories, check what the piece costs from the maker, and only stock it if the price can be fair to you and still worth my time. Then it gets photographed on the same ivory backdrop as everything else, so the shop reads as one shop.
If a piece cannot be described honestly, it does not go up. Plated is called plated. Imitation pearl is called imitation pearl. Natural stone is described as varying, because it does.
One price. No crossed out numbers, no countdown clocks, no invented discounts.
Free shipping on every order. Standard delivery usually runs 7 to 15 business days, because most pieces ship direct from the maker. Tracking comes by email.
Thirty days to change your mind. Unworn and in its packaging and it comes back. Damaged or wrong on arrival and the return is on me.
A real answer before you buy. Ask about a length, a finish or a fit and you get what the maker states, not a guess.
